Last updated: June 13, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Tune64. By using Tune64, you agree to these Terms.

Using Tune64

Tune64 lets users collect music-themed drops, open crates, trade, view profiles and leaderboards, and play rhythm game modes. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tune64. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Tune64 only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Rules

Virtual Items and Currency

Cards, drops, crates, app currency, scores, and other in-app items are digital app features. They do not represent money, property, securities, or ownership of music. We may adjust, rebalance, suspend, or remove virtual items or features as needed to operate Tune64.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles billing, payment method, refunds, renewals, and cancellation controls. Paid features are subject to the terms shown at purchase and Apple's applicable terms.

User Content

You may provide profile information, images, trade messages, usernames, and other content. You retain your rights in your content, but grant Tune64 a license to host, display, process, and use it as needed to operate and improve the app.

Music Content

Tune64 displays music-related metadata, artwork, previews, and references from third-party sources. Tune64 does not grant ownership or license rights to songs, recordings, artwork, artist names, or other third-party intellectual property.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, disable features, reset scores, reverse abusive activity, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated or if needed to protect Tune64 or its users.

Disclaimers

Tune64 is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune64 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tune64 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
