This page covers common Tune64 support issues. When asking for help, include your Tune64 username, device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Common Issues

Purchases or subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. If a subscription or purchase does not appear in Tune64, first confirm it is active in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions, then restart the app.

Drops, crates, or cards

If a drop, crate, or card is missing, check your library and inbox after refreshing the app. Include the artist or track name and approximate time of the action when requesting help.

Trades

If a trade appears stuck, do not repeat the same action multiple times. Refresh the app and include the other user's username and trade details when requesting help.

Rhythm game

If a song cannot load audio or a beatmap, try a different network connection and reopen the song. Some preview audio sources may be temporarily unavailable or may not offer previews for every track.

Notifications, contacts, and photos

Permissions can be managed in iOS Settings. Tune64 only accesses contacts or photos after you grant permission.
